Ok so i was playing a game, nothing intensive (Dungeon defenders), but after a while my screen started to artifact, I didnt know what happened so i restarted my computer thinking that might fix it but it has been that way since then (http://prntscr.com/3igdiw), it wasnt like that before.
Im using a tv as a monitor trough hdmi if that has anything to do with it
