Every single time I open up the Task Manager on my PC the CPU usage spikes up to 100% for half a second before dropping exponentially back below 5%. Apparently this isn't meant to happen so I'm wondering if there's any way to fix it. It doesn't seem to affect my computer in any way but it just seems abnormal. Opening Task Manager can't possibly be the most computational thing in the world.
