My windows 7 pc wont past the very first screen or the bios screen logo

Hi My windows 7 pc wont past the very first screen or the bios screen logo the first screen where you can pick to press (Del :to enter setup and f12 :to enter the boot menu) when i press the del button it goes to the bios menu but when i press f12 or f8 or other f keys nothings happen it just display please wait and it takes forever. please help

my pc spec
windows 7 ultimate
Acer Aspire X1800
Intel dual core cpu
amd radeon hd 7750 gpu

i have already tried switching ram slots and cleaned them
disconnecting and connecting hdd and cd drive
removing and putting back the mobo battery
i have also tried to change the first device that will boot to cd drive and put my recovery disk but nothing happens it just stays at the first screen
also have tried the usb with windows 7 installer but still nothing happens

If that doesn't help, you need to swap out bits.

already have tried some steps there by the way this is a prebuilt pc

Take out the video card, try booting with just the onboard video. Your power supply is pretty weak, even for a low wattage card like the 7750.

If that also does not work, try a new hard drive.

already tried w/o the 7750 still the same i dont have another hard drive

Need to check the hard drive to make sure that's not the issue. Maybe the motherboard (check for any bad capacitors), try different RAM, it may be the power supply if you had the 7750 in there and it stressed it too much, but with what is happening that is not likely.

If it won't post and you've done everything on that checklist, then it's the motherboard, cpu or power supply.

I'd start with trying another power supply.

You haven't posted your full build per forum guideline. What make and model psu ?

already fix it thanks for all the replies it was the mobo my mobo was dead and i bought a new mobo and it works fine and great now
