I was watching youtube when I suddenly got a BSOD. Here's the information from bluescreenview:

What can I do to fix it?

Recently, I experience the same issue. It happened to one of our Dell Optiplex 990 SFF, it has onboard graphics. It automatically/randomly shutdown when browsing the net or playing online/offline video. After some diag and try with different graphics card, NIC, RAM, HDD, PSU and result that the mainboard is the problem. We replaced the mainboard (same model) with previous OS hdd, RAM, PSU and the problem does not happen again.

A clean install of catalyst fixed the ntoskrnl.exe problem, but the atikmdag.sys problem persists. While playing a video, I got another BSOD:
