So, I read many post that XFX "Pro core" is made by SeaSonic but, they're old post, I don't know if they're doing the same thing.

Look at amazon:

http://www.amazon.com/XFX-ATX-550-Power-Supply/dp/B004RJ8EKI

It seems like they changed (the pics of 550w are different, is no "pro core" anymore.)

I like this PSU, cheap and it seems like all I need.

Should I buy it? TS-550w still made by seasonic?.

If not, I'm thinking in this one too:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00918MEZG

specs: i5-3470@3.9gb / 1ssd, 2hdd / 2x4gb 1600 + evga gtx 770 acx (in cart :p)

This link you have given is for an XFX Core 550 (Pro series) according to the review database linked above:
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B004RJ8EKI/?tag=tec06d-20

This link you have given is the TS-500 Gold:
http://www.amazon.com/XFX-Supply-Energy-Certified-P1-550G-TS3X/dp/B00HW979AQ

The database shows both made by Seasonic, so even in the absence of detailed reviews I would trust them.
The Seasonic G 550 is very good as well.
All three are single +12V rail designs, which is good.
Either of the 80 plus gold rated supplies will be more efficient than the 80 plus bronze model.

Despite comments above, I am confident that 550W is enough for your system.
There is nothing wrong though with the suggested Antec HCG 620M supply, or it's fixed...
I can't see any reviews for the XFX TS 550. This doesn't mean it is bad necessarily but there is no guarantee it is as good as the XFX Pro series.
The Seasonic G 550 is very good quality. It is also 80 plus gold rated which is better than the 80 plus bronze rating on the XFX TS 550.

Core i5 3470 TDP is 77W
GTX 770 is rated at 230W
Allow 40W for other components.
Total draw up to 347W, most of this on the +12V rail.
Allow maximum 80 of rated load means a supply rated minimum 37A on the +12V rail.

Seasonic G 550 is rated at 45A on the +12V rail.
XFX TS 550 is rated at 45A on the +12V rail.
These supplies are more than adequate. The actual load will be under 65% of rated capacity.

Previous models of XFX power supply have been manufactured by Seasonic.
Do you have any links to show that the TS 550 is also made by Seasonic?

Here is a list of relative PSU quality:
http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1925006/power-supply-tiered-list.html

You should try to stick with tier 2 or above. You may have to settle for tier 3 if you are on a tight budget, but the expected life would be less.

Antec Basiq series is tier 3
The supernova nex g 750 is tier 3, although the 650w model isn't listed

Choosing a lower quality supply to get a power rating higher than what you need is not good.
Seasonic G 550 and XFX Pro 550 (XFX Core 550) are tier 2 units.

XFX TS 550w is haswell compatible and as all xfx is seasonic made and enough for your setup. it is a rather new model and as all seasonic it is a solid unit. as for the GTX770 the ~40A on the 12v rail is the recommended not the minimum and is refering to the pc power draw, not only the gpu! i would buy that gpu any day!

Both are 80 plus bronze rated and made by Seasonic.
If you are searching these supplies they are the "High Current Gamer" series.

So at the end of that you have 5 different models that are all fine. The 80 plus gold models are more efficient, hence generate less heat and are likely quieter. If not too expensive, I would choose one of these.
