I am Building a new PC and I'm not sure about what Graphics Card should I get, and I really need help with this, I'm not going to upgrade it until Q3 2015. My budget is $2.5k including monitor, mouse, keyboard and headset. I want it to be able to play games like BF4 at Ultra at around 70+ FPS. I also would like help with choosing a monitor. My Rig consists of:
CPU: Intel Core i5 4670K
Motherboard: ASUS Maximus VII Hero
Case: Cooler Master Storm Stryker
PSU: Corsair RM750
CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro H100i
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3 1600 MHz
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 3TB
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB
Mouse: Razer DeathAdder
Keyboard: Razer DeathStalker Expert
Headset: SteelSeries Siberia Elite
I plan on buying everything from Amazon.

Oh OK bit of a misunderstanding.

Everything you've got listed is first class. Maybe bit too so. eg
The Maximus Hero is expensive. It'll let you mount 4 graphics cards in it. Unless you want to go down the path of a 4K monitor (or multiple x 1440p monitors) then usually allowing for 2 x cards is more than enough. You can save $100 going for the next card down - ASUS Sabertooth Z97 Mark2 Motherboard: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=138_1491&products_id=27536 which brings in extra fewatures using Z97 chipset and still has 8+2 power phase voltage control
For gaming, just 8GB of ram is more than enough.
A custom air cooler is all that's required. The i5 won't put out that much heat. Try a Coolermaster Hyper...

I gather you want 70+ fps on Ultra at 1080p

A GTX 780Ti will get you there - http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/geforce-gtx-780-ti-review-benchmarks,3663-5.html

For a pc with a 780Ti in it you need a psu that will deliver at leats 42A on the 12V rail and 600W overall. Get a good one - from Tier One -http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html#13224310 eg Antec HCG 620M

Why do people insist on linking to old outdated "benchmarks"? Sheesh. That article is from November 2013, barely a month after the game was released and is meaningless as there have been several driver updates since then. It is not multiplayer either. Now even a 280x running Mantle holds its own against a 780ti in BF4.
