My 2T Toshiba Canvio just stopped reading on my computer. I can see it in my devices but when I go to disc management I cannot see it. when I trouble shoot it says there's a problem with the driver, also seagate tools (I think that's what I used) also does not see it. (Obviously you can see I don't know too much about computers!) I have so much such on there that I need, please help.
Is my Toshiba hard drive dead?
