More about psu
  1. You can check on - http://extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp

But for a pc with a hd 7850 you should have a psu that will supply at least 21A on the 12V rail and 500W in total. Get a good one from Tier One - http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html#13224310 eg Antec HCG 520M or XFX 550
  2. A Radeon HD 7850 needs at least 21 amps on the 12v rail and a 500 watt power supply.

With 44 amps on the 12 volt rail , this would be plenty for your specs.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($47.99 @ NCIX US)
    Total: $47.99
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

If your on a strict budget this one is decent:

But I recommend the XFX above.

CORSAIR GS700 Gaming Series 700W Power Supply 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified ATX12V

Get this one the others use cheap capacitors.

The XFX 550W is more than enough and very high quality made by Seasonic.
