Hello Everyone!
Well It's time for a upgrade because my 750 ti died! (Yea It died because of the fan,the fan couldn't spin because of the dust,I wasn't home so My Wife used the computer and the GPU died :( ..)
Well I Choose these Two Cards:
1.MSI Nvidia GTX 660 TwinFrozr 2 GB
2.AMD Radeon R9 270 MSI GAMING 2 GB (The Normal model not the X model)

I have a Corsair RM650 Fully Modular 80 Plus Gold 650 Watt PSU. (I know it will be enough to power these.)

The R9 270 is a little better than the 660 and your PSU is more than enough for either of those cards

Plenty of comparisons between these two cards in this review:

The R9 270 is a little faster.
Yes, your power supply is plenty for these cards. It would be fine in fact for a GTX 780 Ti or R9 290X.

A GTX 750 Ti would have to have been a very new card. I'm not sure how you could get enough dust in it already to cause problems. It should still be under warranty.

Died through dust? 750 Tis are practically brand new!

I suggest you get a better case with some good dust filters, and run it with positive pressure. Otherwise this will just happen again.

Hi,

The R9-270 is roughly 16% more powerful than the GTX750Ti depending on the card. An R9-270 costs about $180. Look at customer reviews because some are crappy.

I guess you can sell it once you get the replacement under Warranty, plus the AMD cards have two free games (see Steam for current pricing).

MSI R9-270 ($180 with free games): http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-r9270gaming...

Asus R9-270X ($213 with free games): http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-video-card-r9270xdc2t...

750 Ti died from dust?? How dusty is your house?! I don't even understand how that is possible, you should definitely get some filters set up.
