Building for a friend who is looking to smash out her accounting, surfing and data storage with maximum speed at a budget of $800. I think the CPU and RAM might be slight overkill but if she wants speed, she'll get it here. What are your thoughts?

Solution
The 550w power supply is very much, but that's a great price and a good quality unit.

You could save a few bucks on the motherboard, but that's a fine one. The only thing I would recommend changing is the HDD. Seagate has a high failure rate, and with 3TB of data, I would be careful lol Western Digital or Hitachi would be who I would go with to be more on the safe side.

That will definitely be fast and powerful lol
