So it's not a great time with computers in my house. My dad was helping me on my laptop. He got frustrated and closed it. When he was closing it he presses too hard on the screen, and now it looks deformed. Luckily i found out that the company can easily replace it. But I am leaving for a week long trip next Thurs. I live in NH. if the computer is getting shipped to Acer, (the company), and it's just an easy fix, and getting it shipped back, when can I expect to get the laptop back? I really want it for the trip.

You are better off asking Acer than us; they know; we don't.
Personally, I wouldn't count on it. If I were in a hurry, I'd contact local shops and find one that either had the part in stock or would guarantee, in writing, that they would have it in time. And the latter ain't gonna happen.
