Below is a PC I'm thinking of buying (Max budget of 1000$) for mid-level gaming.
I don't know much about technical PC stuff (I.E what part is incompatible with other parts, what part should never be used, etc.), so please excuse any ignorance on my part.

Processor: Intel® CoreTM i5-4670 3.4GHz Haswell

Processor cooler: CoolerMaster Blizzard T2

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H87M-D3H H87 Chipset

RAM: Geil 2X4GB DDR3 1600Mhz Enhance Corsa

Graphics card: Gigabyte Nvidia GeForce GTX650 2G-5

Hard drive: Western Digital Blue 1TB SATA3 7200RPM 64MB

LG Sata DVD x24

On-board 7.1 Channel Audio

On-board 10/100/1000

Power supply: CoolerMaster Gxii 550W

Case: CoolerMaster Elite 311

I intend to use this for medium graphics levels on modern games like War Thunder, at least 35+ FPS.

So, any help?

With a budget of $1000, that's not a good combination. I'm assuming this is a pre-built system? You should really try building one yourself, it's extremely easy - just time consuming. If you absolutely have to have one pre-built, I would suggest something more like this:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883220515

Comes in $100 under your budget, and is plenty powerful enough to run modern games in High/Ultra at 45+ FPS at 1080p.

Hi. It looks good. You ahve a good CPU, Motherboard and Graphics card and shouldn't be any problem playing with medium setting and maybe higher with some games. You are not going to be overclocking, so the stock cooler that comes with the processor will be fine and it would save you some money.

HiTechObsessed, the thing is I live in Israel and can't import PC parts, and the max price I mentioned was the top price I'm willing to pay for any PC suggestions people might have, the actual price of the PC parts I wrote is cheaper than what you suggested.

If you have the option of chosing the parts, then as I suggested, you can use the Stock Cooler that comes with the processor and save some money. YOu are not Over Clocking, so you really don't need a third party cooler.

Habibi!! A fellow yisraeli :)

I'd suggest a better gpu and cut costs To do so. Honestly for strictly gaming you would be better off with an fx 8320 + better gpu

Also try to stick with seasonic antec or xfx for power supply. Or at least a corsair

FYI, you can add PC Power & Cooling and Silverstone to that list of quality PSU's. ost of the others you have named, several High end models are manufactured by Seasonic, The Corsair HX750w and AX850w come immediately to mind.
