Inno3d GTX 750ti 2GB, Gaga Byte ATI Radeon 7790 2GB and Giga ByteATI Radeon 7850 1gb.
I have a 305 w dell power supply keep that in mind :p
Rest of specs:
E8400 C2D 3.0 Ghz
4GB RAm
1400x900 res LCD
Dell optiplex full tower case . Keep in mid that too .
I want to play GTA 4, Watchdogs and other high end games on that resolution, Medium settings are fine for me too , I wont use MSAA stuff or whateverits called . As long as perfrmance is decent if not Low is also fine .:p  I can upgrade that Powersupply but I read somewhere GTX 750 ti is small card and requires only 300 w :D  thats already a yes for me

More about : stuck graphics cards

Yea without replacing the PSU the GTX 750 Ti is the way to go ( it uses about 60w). It will give you pretty good performace at medium to high settings at 1400x900 also.

With that power supply, the 750 Ti would be best. The other are too power hungry. You'll get High/Ultra at that resolution with a 750 Ti :)

Is 750 ti OC good and future proof at that res P.S can it fit in optiplex 755 Full tower .I currently have HD 5450 and not sure other gpus will fit. Inno Version is quite small tho

At that resolution, you should be good for at least medium settings for years. It has plenty of VRAM and power to run medium/high settings at 1080p, so at 900p you should be good for a long time :)

GTX 750 ti is the better card... Highest performance? Probably the 7850 but only slightly.

The 7850 chip is better by around 10-15%, but you only have 1GB of VRAM, so in games like BF4 you will see performance degradation, making the 750 Ti the better overall choice in general.

With that budget, the R9 270x would be your best bet. With the 270x, you'll get High/Ultra in everything at 1080p :)

For a 270x, get at least a 500w power supply.

Bro R9 270x costs around 300$ in my country. Is 7870 good enough and is it better than 750ti in gaming performance at 1440x900 res :p  thanks for reply btw .
P.s I live in pakistan

Oh ok lol I forget to ask the country, as most people here are in the USA. The 7870 is a good deal better than the 750 Ti. I'm not sure if they made a 1GB version of the 7870, but make sure it's the 2GB version. The 7870 is just a step or so under the 270x, and the 750 Ti is about 2 steps under the 7870.

You'll have to run a dual-slot card in the bottom PCIe slot (assuming it doesn't have the end edge to allow full length cards) as the full x16 PCIe slot only has a single expansion slot open.

bro I am a noobie in that department and only thing I can answer u is that I currently have a HD 5450 Gigabyte the one with the fan . There is room for larger card but i am not sure will it fit. I found a 7770 1GB Club3d RoyalQueen its very tiny and I believe it can easily fit and I donot have a heatsink orwhatever that fan is usually on the top of cpu , there is some clean space too. If the 7790 Dosnt fit I am going to have to get a 7770 :D  .BTW is 7770 good enogh for that res.I am afried I cant afford a case or other stuff right now.I just saw my friends pc it have a 6770 and daym it runs more than good. you know quite alot about gpus and stuff. Will 7770 handle the games I listed without lag or I should wait and get another case.P.s is 305 w power supply enough for 7790 and 7770
