so before i was forced to reinstall windows 7 my windows booted up as an ssd normally does, but programs such as steam ,origin , sticky note, well everything takes up to 3-5min to open start, even after everything has started if i chose to open a lets say an episode of dexter it takes 20sec before vlc actually opens and plays the medie file.

my problem happend first time in the start of april where i then reinstalled windows and the issue was gone, this time it happen around a day after i put an xtra hdd in my case, even after removing the newly added hdd the issue was still there..

note: of what ive seen it doesnt happen in safemode nor after fresh install of win7.
if anyone can resolve my issue if it should happen in the future i will gladly give something in return..
kind regards froller

It sounds as if your SSD may not be optimized. What type is it? Try updating the firmware. Make sure it's running in AHCI and not IDE. I'm assuming that you are using the correctly rated cables. Make sure all BIOS setting are correct and make sure your boot order is set as well.

This is likely to be a software problem,
Can you do us the following?
Close all possible programs and send us a list of processes in task manager.
Also, in task manager, under the performance tab, click resource monitor. Have a look at the ssd usage and what's using up the ssd. Hope this helps!
