any other changes to decrease the price a bit without altering the specs much.actually my budget is 80k inr.
please do suggest.

CPU - A bit dated. Look for a 4000 series i5 for Haswell.
MEM - Probably fine, but make sure the latency is CL9 or lower and voltage is 1.5 or lower.
PSU - Good. Also consider XFX as a great alternative.
HD - Fine and all, but Seagate will give you a bit more performance for the money.
CPU Cooler - It would keep your temps in check, but look toward the Hyper 212 EVO for a great cooler at a better price.

Not sure of sites you will be buying from so pricing is unknown, but how does the build below translate? 80K INR is roughly $1300 USD...

actually the price goes high when you come to india.
for price please look at flipkart.com
and then suggest
i am not changing the processor as its not that good for money
moreover ivy bridge is better at oc than haswell

I knew that list wouldn't be under 80k especially with the monitor included. You will have to sacrifice overclocking. You chose a non-K processor anyways.

Intel 3.1 GHz LGA 1150 i5 4440 Rs. 12508

ASRock Z87 Killer Motherboard Rs. 12800

Corsair DDR3 4 GB(1 x 4GB) PC RAM (CMV4GX3M1A1600C11) x 2 Rs. 5540

Seasonic S12II 520 Watts PSU Rs. 4950

WD Blue WD10EZEX 1 TB Rs. 4200

Cooler Master N400 Mid Tower Computer Case (NSE-400-KKN2) Rs. 3940

MSI NVIDIA N760 TF 2GD5/OC 2 GB GDDR5 Rs. 21000
The better version of R9 280X is costlier

Dell S2240L 21.5 inch LED Backlit LCD Monitor Rs. 8850

Logitech Gaming Keyboard G105 Rs. 3866

Logitech G400s Rs. 1979
I had my hands on both the G400 and DeathAdder(older versions). But G400 is better. DeathAdder is for big hands and claw grip and is heavy.

Total Rs. 79633

@ chimera ahh ok sli option for 760gtx, but why go for 760gtx at first place :? r9 280x is way better than 760gtx at same price. sapphire r9 280x vapor x dual cooling has very good cooling dynamics

i hate intel motherboards they are just ridiculously expensive for such small features, if amd had better cpu i would have picked it but they just lack the punch that intel have. between a good amd motherboard with quad sli n crossfire with overclocking cost just about 8-9k

Let OP respond first.

First of all i targeted under 80K including keyboard , mouse.
The better version of R9 280X costs 26K thats Rs 5000 more
Fact: SLI is better than CrossFire. And Nvidia has better driver support.

If you use all features of an Intel motherboard, you won't find it expensive. If OP buys an SSD later, Intel Smart Response Technology would be useful. Find me an AMD mobo with Quad SLI under 9k

well in all previous 2 builds i had used only nvidia so far (7600gt,8800 alpha dog edition, zotac 9600gtx,xfx 260gtx & 480gtx msi cyclone). yes nvidia drivers are better, and sli too works fine , but when i got hand on r9 290 tri -x i was simply blown away by the performance it is giving to me. amd drivers are getting better, my r9 290 can go with 20k expensive 780ti head to head at 2k resolution where diff is just between 5-8fps at max

even a reference 280x completely destroys 760gtx in gaming performance in almost every games with exception of only 2-3 games. at same price 280x is best card and opting for 760gtx is really a bad choice in my opinion. 760gtx performs at level of 270x and little better in some games.

one more thing we live in india, sites like flipkart ,snapdeal, mdcompters, itdepot may offer better deals in mobiles, clothing, accessories but before buying online my suggestion is to do visit your local retail computer shops u may be able to find better deals there by bargaining. i saved like total of 5-6k on parts . my 290 cost me around 34000/- which is now also available online at nearly same rate but "that better version of ur 280x" is priced around 23000/- and also comes with a free bf4 game.

n the thing with crossfire is when drivers r bad they do suck but when they have the drivers they need they just completely destroy nvidia counterparts. wht makes crossfire worth is their versatility as they can work with ne card as long as they belong to same series.

http://www.flipkart.com/asrock-970-extreme-4-motherboard/p/itmdd4b3zdgnpmer?pid=MBDDD4B3ZDGNPMER&icmpid=reco_pp_same_motherboard_1&ppid=MBDDD4B3SJXHHMSR

note they do say that it support quad sli but i looked at the image of motherboard i could see only 3 pci slots, so no maybe not quad but at 8k u can get a tri sli/crossfire amd motherboard which is sweet imo.
