Hi

Did you have raid enabled before problem?
(Raid. 0 stripe is unreliable as if one disk fails completely you loose any data not backed up, but slightly faster than no raid, raid 1 also called mirror more reliable but half the storage space)
Just incase you have raid but have not tried raid bios settings

If you can remove drives and connect to another PC internally via sata or externally by esata or USB you can. Test hard disks

Both Seagate & western digital have windows hard drive diagnostics WD is not brand limited

If both your hard disks work the motherboard chipset may have failed

One faulty hard drive or DVD drive could stop the sata ports working until removed though this is very rare

Remove or disconnect both hard drives...

Remove or disconnect both hard drives leave DVD and see if PC can see it and boot from a windows cd or DVD

Spare pci-e sata cards are available if the motherboard ports have failed
(Assuming no raid previously )

Best of luck
