Title says it all. Just bought a Asus vg278he 27" monitor, the description says it comes with a dual link dvi cable. I was under the assumption that dual link dvi cables have 2 dvi connections at one end...Am i totally wrong? You can laugh at me later....

Im using the cable that it came with and it is allowing me to set the options to 120hz...

Is this a dual link dvi cable?

Yes, you are totally wrong.

The dual-connection cables are called DMS-59 and look like this, they are often used on small form cards to enable them to have dual outputs in a small space.
