I need MOBO for i7 4770k and GTX770.. I plan to OC but I am on budget limit. I have around 125$ to spend on it.

Also, has anyone had PSU Fortron Raider 80+.. It has 60months of guarantee in my shop so I believe I am going to take that one. ( 750W )
