I need help. I have a Turtle Beach Xp510 that i just purchased not too long ago. I bought it for pc gaming and maybe some Xbox stuff here and there. The issue is, i cant get it to work for chat at all. At first, i tried just straight up bluetooth for everything. I was informed that the bluetooth function can't handle both audio and chat at the same time, and i needed a stereo cable for my pc to go to the transmitter, then have the bluetooth function connected only for the mic. Well, after all that, still nothing. the mic is working (i know this, because i have the reverb on the headset up a little bit so i know it is.) but i have no feedback on my pc. It is listed in sound on the recording tab, and is listed as working, and my default decive, but NO FEEDBACK. i don't understand why its not working, and Turtle Beach customer support has been less than helpful. If anyone can give some advice, i would greatly appreciate it. Running Windows 8.1 64-bit, btw.

honestly i would say that's a faulty product, or maybe you havent installed the drivers correctly?....just tell Turtlebeach that your product is faulty and maybe they'll send you a replacement
