MicroSD card is now RAW, in urgent need for files to be taken out

My phone (Samsung S3) hasn't been able to read my 16GB microSD card lately, so I have decided to take the card out and connect it to the computer.

It wrote "You need to format the disk in drive (X: ) before you can use it."

It contains 10+GB (if I remember correctly) worth of all kinds of files which I am unwilling to delete. I have thus tried Recuva, which wasn't able to read it, it also states the card is only 32MB (Failed to scan the following drives. Unable to determine file system type). I tried chkdsk, which stated that the drive is not NTFS, but RAW. I also tried PhotoRec and nothing is recovered.

I also tried formatting (hoping I could use Recuva on it afterwards), but it said 'Windows was unable to complete the format'.

Edit: Tried 4CardRecovery, iCare Data Recovery and EaseUS Data Recovery. The microSD card is not under the list of drives I can recover

*Currently using an external card reader...? Looks kinda like a box. Gotta use a wire similar to ones for external HDs to connect.
*Ejected and connected it again, it doesn't work
*Did a quick virus scan on my computer, no virus detected
*Used USBImage Tool, the file is only 30MB

Are there any other ways I can recover my files? I'm running on Windows 7.

Here's another that you can try, Minitool: http://www.powerdatarecovery.com/

Do you have another card reader that you can try? Another computer?
