When i boot my pc this happens http://postimg.org/image/mi789vapb/ http://postimg.org/image/5l22n9u09/ time to time it start to annoy me can any one say why is this happening ?
Pc: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-870 @ 2.93GHz (8 CPUs) ~2.9GHz
Ram 8Gb
Gtx 460
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

What happens if you boot in safe mode?

What if you plug your monitor into the onboard graphics on the motherboard and boot?

Edit - just realized you said it doesn't happen every time.. that would probably be related to PSU or GPU problems. I would lean more towards GPU since it's so old.

Psu makes sometimes (mostly when playing games) shitty noise but fan seems to be ok (clear too). PSU is Model ATX-450W

That's not the real PSU model, that just specifies it's an ATX PSU with 450W. Try to find a brand and exact model name.

It's hard to say if the PSU is causing problems, or GPU. PSU sounds like a cheaper PSU which can often cause issues, bu the gpu is also pretty old which generally starts to cause issues as well.
