A Radeon HD 7750 only needs 16 AMPS ON THE 12V RAIL and a 400 watt power supply.

The Corsair CX430 is more than sufficient to run that card , IT HAS 32 AmpS ON THE 12V RAIL.

You have more than enough power for the 7750.
