Hello.

My computer had a couple of problems (would not always start, randomly turned off, bluescreen etc) so I took it to some it help. They said my cpu was broken. So I bought a new one and pluged it into my computer.

I may have done something wrong tought as my cpu fan does not spin. Every other fan does spin thought. Then again, is it suppose to always spin? I never checked if my old one did. The reason I am asking is because when I turned my computer on it got stuck on windows configuration (0%). After 5 minutes it said configuration failed and just started the computer.

It seems to work fine, I am just asking as I don't want anything else to be broken because of the cpu fan not spinning... I did build my computer 3 years ago and that cpu worked fine untill now, so I believe I have plugged everything in correctly, I am no expert thought so I might be wrong.

I would be really glad if somebody could help me resolve this problem or tell me it is fine :)
