Is this PSU good enough for my rig?

- Asus p8z77 v-lx
- I7 2600K (OC to 4.5)
- 8gb Corsair Vengeance 1600 (OC to 1866)
- SSD Adata XPG 9000
- HDD Seagate 1TB
- Asus GTX 770 2GB OC

Or you guys think i need to upgrade my PSU?? like a 850W or 1200W psu??

Is that the power supply you already have? If you already have it, that'll work just fine. That entire setup will draw around 350-375w at full load MAX. In no way do you need anywhere near a 1200w PSU.
