Current setup:

with a 1920x1080 and a 1440x900 resolution monitors.

I'm really looking froward to playing Wildstar, but right now its unplayable for me. I get around 20-30 fps on ultra high(on ultra low i only gain maybe 5 fps) in the starting area without any other players running around, cant imagine what it would be like in big open areas with lots of ppl.

So the question is what part should i replace. Right now i only have enough to buy sth like an R7 265 graphics card, or a processor equal to that price,. So around $150-160(though im not sure, because hardware seems to cost a lot more where i live :S, i was thinking a fx 8350 maybe)
My first thought was that i dont have enough vram right now( only 1 gb) so i checked gpu-z while running around the starting zone in wildstar. Results:

It was constantly around 8-900 Mb, but again i dont know if the bigger areas, spell effects and more players will affect this.

Also i know this could be because the game is in beta right now, but this isnt the first time that i encountered this. For example when i tried the new Thief, it was completely unplayable even at the lowest settings.

Tl;dr: Need help, pc is garbage, cant run Wildstar :(.

Solution
I get around 40-25 FPS at 1080p at ultra high, and it's pretty playable at that. I WAS able to get my vram usage to about 1075 in the tutorial area, but it still played fine, but i've got 2gbs to work with so I had still had plenty extra. It MIGHT be your cpu but.... there isn't THAT much difference between yours and mine. You've got updated drivers right?

Uhhh, don't play it on ultra?

Is medium really that bad?

an 8350 is probably gonna cost you too much, but a 6350 should actually be an affordable upgrade.

Your budget won't really get you a better graphics card either.

Although, give me a few hours, I'm downloading the wildstar beta and my PC isn't too different from yours, I'll see how it runs for me.

It doesnt matter what settings i use, mostly the same fps on the lowest and the highest settings, even in lower resolutions, i asume that will get fixed when the game is released, but i would still like to upgrade something to be sure.

Actually, after looking at your specs, it could be because your GFX card only has 1 gb of ram, so a new one might make the difference you need:

http://puu.sh/8JIKT the vram usage never reached above 950mb, but i dont know how this stuff works to be honest. Also , buying a new card just for the extra vram feels like a waste of money compared to buying a much better processor, but if the vram is the real problem then i guess i have to.

+ could you please check for me how much vram you are using , it could help figure out the problem

Thanks, if it doesnt use that much vram( and other than the lack of vram, i think my gpu is strong enough), i'll buy a new cpu and maybe play on my smaller monitor if i need to. Oh , and yes i updated everything before posting here.
