CPU doesn't pass Watch Dogs requirement, but everything else does.

Specs:
AMD A6-3650 Quad 2.6 GHz
AMD Radeon HD 7750
8 GB RAM

All my specs pass minimum except for my CPU. Minimum CPU for Watch Dogs is Phenom II X4 940 3.0 GHz Quad-core, but I was wondering if that CPU is really much better than mine. Would it actually make a difference in gameplay? My graphics card passes (min is a Radeon HD 5770), so would I still get a solid framerate on the game?

It's close enough the difference will be negligible. You'll run it on minimum settings at least. It'd probably be a good idea to test out something like Razer Game Booster though, it helps some people with weak CPUs, and at least back when I tried it they had an unlimited free trial.

The minimum requirements are exactly that. If you want solid frame rates, then you must meet minimum specs. If you want solid frames at higher grpahics settings then you must pass the recommended. You can try and run it, id go 720p and low settings. But your not going to wow factor graphics wise with it. Worst that happens is it doesn't play. No one can tell you what your pc will do, as its your pc. Someone with the same setup might have tried and could possibly find this thread and report to you. Those chances are small.
