Hey guys dont know if I should upgrade my alpine 500w PSU or get a new case recommendations for both 70 euro budget

You're fine with the PSU you have at the moment.

For the case, just get something that has the features you are looking for, like fan slots, looks, etc

rest of my build is amd athlon x4 760k 100w
4gb ram
asus a55bm-a mobo
2 hdds
one optical drive
msi r7 240 graphics card
any advice would be awesome and my old case is a cooler mster praetorian 730
