Overclocking- CPU Cooler

Due to budget, I am not going to overclock right away because I do not have a water cooler. Is it possible to remove the Heatsink and Fan to replace with a water cooler?

Yes, that's how you do it. You can OC w/o a water cooler. Good air coolers start around $40. Check out the Cooler Master 212 EVO.

Depends on what type of case you have , there are different variants of water cooling.
