Core i7 4820k Temps!

I just got a Core i7 4820k processor and when I run something intensive like the Unigine Heaven benchmark My max temp goes to 62 degrees.. Is this something I should be concerned about?

It's more than ok. I'd be concerned if it reaches 70+. Just so you know, if you really damn push it, you'll go as high as 80.

Did you ever apply any thermal paste to your CPU when you installed it? If so what kind did you use?
