Having low fps on games such as Path of Exile and League of Legends. It seems that my fps is decreasing the longer I have my computer. My desktop has integrated graphics but I just upgraded to a Radeon 6450. I run my games with Razer gamebooster and I still cant get above 30 fps. My system also runs at a relatively low temperature because I have a giant external fan. I'm starting to think something is going wrong with my computer. I also have no viruses and I have like 30 GB of the 500 total GB used so memory isn't an issue. Can someone tell me whats wrong?
