well that sentinel id 4011 is a panda security error.unable to start service.if you are really stuck on panda uninstall then reinstall it if the service wont start.if it is starting then its an old error message.personally i would chuck panda and go with avast free version along with malwarebytes.there is a free version of malwarebytes but for 25 bucks for a lifetime licence you cant go wrong.the paid version has realtime protection.i would clear all my logs and look for errors that come back.
the event viewer will pick up any little hiccough your system has and will keep recording until you delete the logs and start again.if you are having issues the event viewer is good start for diagnosis but if you arent having any issues i would delete the logs and let it start again.another thing to consider is that if you have tweaked your windows to gain performance in any way,a lot of that will show up as errors as well.me,if i didnt have any issues,i wouldnt worry about it. just go into event viewer and select clear log on each of the logs.

The one that sticks out to me is called sentinel id4011 and my other question is my panda internet security picked up a trj/genetic.gen and apparently got rid of it is it possible for a virus to hide in the pc un detected after getting detected earlier today as of when I rang my antivirus provider and he looked in my event viewer and said he advised me to turn off my pc and leave it off until I could get it sorted that's after he offered me a service that would cost £130 for tune ups and all that palaver. And from then I been worried ever since that conversation any help is great many thanks

Aldan very informative and helpful I will go with the selected products you suggested as a trail for now and see how they get on and I'll keep you posted as to what errors appear tomorrow on a fresh log
