Suggestion for micro atx i7 3770 cooler

OKay, you are definitley not going to be doing any over clocking, so just use the stock cooler as it will do fine. You are going be hard pressed to fine an aftermarket cooler for an mATX motherboard due to space limitations on those small boards.

Will the i7 3770 coveer me in the game region for awhile, i mean right now i have an i3, also, don't tell me to upgrade to new a board, I built this computer 2 months ago, and the board does what i want it to and doesn't randomly shut down

A tower cooler might conflict with the RAM , and that may be more of an issue if the RAM has tall heat spreaders .

But there are many good top down coolers that will be quieter and cooler than stock .
The best is probably this from Noctua

But the cost is high too

That will be fine. They do quite well without OCing as it has a Turbo mode if it needs more.
