A GeForce GTX 770 NEEDS at least 42 amps on the 12v rail and a 550 to 600 watt power supply and 2 PCIE power connections.

The XFX XTR 550 has 45 amps on the 12v rail ans the proper power connections , and is sufficient to power your build.

The GPU , YES.
