Rational: Only for major parts
Cpu: The intel 4670k is a great overclocker and will suit your purposes perfectly
Gpu: Gtx 780 is good enough to run all games well at 1440p
Psu: 750 watts is enough for the system
Mobo: Good for overclocking, onboard wireless, sli support, sound card
Case: Large with expansion, side panel is clear
Miscelaneous: all the other stuff is good for value

This build is great and suits all of your needs.

this build would do u best... it has the best quality components money can buy!!!! Reason

I have put i5 4670k as its the best gaming cpu for 240 dollars. U do not need i7 for gaming.... this processor can be overclocked...
Best bang for buck liquid cooler...
R9 290x has 4gb of memory which kills gtx 780 on 1440p. I have used it and it is brilliant!!!! Xfx has the best cooler.....(better to use one single card than run problems with 2 cards)..
Msi has good motherboards this one is PERFECT AND SUITS COLOR SCHEME
The case is recommended by many... it has good cable management system and airflow also has a window....
Hdd and ssd i own and are perfect....
Power supply gold certified by corsair THE BEST NAME ON MARKET!!!
ram again corsair ofcourse and has epic speed (2400mhz) !!!!!! (Normal is 1600)
screen is from ASUS which has ips and is 1440p it has a LOT of good reviews... mouse.. i own and has briliant specs keyboard is pretty good from what i read

HAPPY GAMING !!!!!!
