So I have decided to split apart my 480's due to bring so hot, and my sons need new video cards so I can give them each one. I have been running 3 monitors and these 480's in SLI and want to upgrade my video so I can run 3 video cards over the next few months starting out with one video card now. I know I may lose my other 2 monitors for a few months but thought this would be the best way to slowly move into new video cards, and newer mother board that can support 3 cards.
I was thinking about going with all 770's and not sure which one to get knowing I will be buying 2 more in a couple months, and also did not know if I need 4 gigs when running one card for one monitor?
Thanks!!

GTX 770 4GB version for one monitor... No. But, if you are going to SLI in the future, I would suggest going for the 4GB version, especially if you are gaming on all three monitors.

Thanks for hitting me back Skit75. So it's beneficial to have the 4 gig over the 2 even if you are running one card for each monitor?

No, but you said you were going to SLI, and 4GB is going to help running 3 cards for 3 monitors

ok, so 4 gig for each 770, 3 cards for 3 monitors. Suggestions on a 770 or just go by a newegg reviews?

Right. 2GB is plenty for a single display. You will want the 4GB card if you plan to run SLI... I am assuming you are running 5760x1080? You will need that VRAM for that resolution.
