i have a dlink dir 180l router and i cant get in my setting but i am entering the password help me plz

Are you trying to connect wirelessly? Usually, wireless administration is off by default. (Which is a good thing)

I cannot seem to locate a DLink DIR-180, are you sure you have your model written down correctly? Different models tend to use different user/password combos and can certainly explain your problem. To expand on what Ubrales said, if you hold down the reset button for about 10 seconds, the router will reset to factory default options and the default login should work again if it has been changed in any way.

Can you get to the router's login menu? If not, it's probably because it automatically goes for the modem menu. Try to disconnect the router from the modem, and with a cable connect the router to the pc.
