WD MyBook 1TB cant copy or opening from my PC but the whole folder still readable

I have 1TB WD My Book Essential USB 3.0, three days ago i can’t copy or open my files from there. But still can read my whole folder but accessing time is to long. I try copy one file it says 10 minutes but nothing happen. I try using software like GetDataBack and Ontrack Easy Recovery, it can read but can’t copy either, I just want to save my data to my new hard drive.

I already open the case and now I can see the hard drive, but I don’t pull the WD PCB that I have read from internet that have encryption so I can’t access my hard drive if this thing pulled off.
What should I do to repair or rescue my data ?

And I'd like to add that it was very unwise not to have your data backed up to a regular external hard drive (two would be even better) that doesn't use any type of encryption, and keep those drives locked away for privacy).

Actually this is my backup hard drive, not duplicating back up. but i save the file, doc, book, & etc, that was not often open/used in my pc. My friend said my hard disk maybe have a lot of bad sector, so its hard to read the file because of that.

Im still looking for the solution, if i cant found out maybe i will bring it to the pro and pay some money for them...but still trying to recovering myself, btw thanks for your respond
