How can I improve this build?

I am building a computer and the price NEEDS to stay under $1300 including the fans, LED's, and Backplate. Just to help you out, it's $65.97 in total. (I need those because I have a bias currently and will not build a computer without them.)

If you could please show me a good build for an equivalent price that could include an SSD (just hoping:) that would be awesome.

And if there is nothing to do for this build and I did a good job on it, let me know.

I would get an air cooler but the water cooling just looks so good!
I wanted the fans because they look really nice and I know they will keep the system cool and quiet. I'll at least get rid of one 2 pack that I was going to use for the front.

Okay, but just so you know, all-in-one water-coolers are rarely better than good air-coolers. They are usually worse. And the air-cooler I recommended is super quiet!

And I would get rid of the SP120's. They are designed for radiators.

Do you know of any sort of "low-profile" CPU coolers? Another reason I'm mainly holding back from the air cooler is because it's so huge on most builds I see.

Do not get the 450D. It is one of the worst designed cases from Corsair. Those fans you are looking to buy are the exact same fans that come with corsair cases (they just lack the rubber isolation parts which wont matter much). Plus the fans that are in the case are 140mm, so buying 120mm fans doesn't make sense. Don't get the the h60, get a Cooler Master Hyper Evo 212.

You have $96 left if you make my suggested changes (not including the case, because if you swap that out, the price could be the same or cheaper).
This leaves you with enough room for an SSD such as the Samsung 840 Evo 120GB edition (you could get another ssd for this price that has more storage, but this is a very fast drive). http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA2W01AZ5378

Yes. Basically the same thing I said. And I agree, choose a different case.

Here's a few:

They all have great deals and rebates! If you want them, buy them soon, and remember to enter the additional discount codes!

I have come to the conclusion that I am going to go with an H105, and am going to keep all of the fans that I had originally.

I really need to keep those fans, because I live in southern Arizona, and during the summer it can get up to 110 degrees Fahrenheit here. I don't want to risk having my system shut down from the heat and if you don't think it could, my phone does about every couple days in the summer.

If you can afford to pay more, I would do a custom water-loop. Buy all the individual parts, and put it together yourself. It's more expensive and takes more work, but it will cool your computer much more efficiently.

Otherwise, the H105 would be better than what you had picked before, and it should be fine.

I'll go with the H105

If your place get extremely hot, you may need to look into custom loop liquid cooling or a swiftech h320 all in one that has a 360mm radiator. By the way, the h105 doesn't even fit in the top of the 450d, hence another reason why that case is horrible. If you get a case that has space for a 240mm like the h105, get a Swiftech h220, its better and quieter.
