no, the most recent games require very powerful hardware like i5 OC + Radeon 290 / gtx 780

your CPU is enough, but i doubt your GPU + not-too-good PSU will handle it

becareful, you have a tier 5 psu to power gtx 660 SLI + power hungry CPU

Yep well maxed out is ultra full aa so for most games yes, and as everyone has said get a new psu or you will regret it
