If this is Most Wanted 2012 I am pretty sure without patching it is locked to 30fps. There was a patch to enable 60fps (like they did with The Run) that you will need first. Not sure if it auto-updates that patch over Origin.

HEY GO TO '' my documents'' directory there will be configuration file of nf13 .Open it using note pad .There will be written ""fps:30"" change it to 60 and and then press ctrl+s....
