***additional notes

1. overclocking cpu will give u some boost but not much in gaming u will see fps gain of 5 to 10 fps at max. however overclocking ur gpu at stable mode will give sometimes substantial jump 10-15 fps or even more if drivers are updated. i5 4670k is a very capable processor high end gaming processor and u can max any game at stock speed. my suggestion is that u overclock ur cpu maybe after an year or two only if u see ne drop in performance which i m sure that's not gonna happen that soon.

2. u can save some money on that water cooler n go with hyper 212 evo which may cost about 2700/- at max and do some light overclocking with 4670k. for that extra money u save u can go with 780gtx cost abt 40000/-

3. 780ti is very expensive here and will cost u min 56000/-

4. u can save money of about 8000/- max by going with combo of fx 8350 and 990fx. but if u spending that much better go with intel as it would provide u the best experience.

5. u might think 850w is overkill, but it will give u plenty of power to play while u overclock n also in future it will give room for expansion like sli or crossfire

5. BEST MONEY MANAGEMENT. i also recently build a pc for myself at 80000/-

1230v3 xeon----------------- 16000/-
b85 gigabyte/asrock-----------5500/-
8gb 1600mhz-------------------4975/-
gs 700w -------------------------6299/-
290 tri x------------------------35000/-
cabinet cm k380---------------3645/-
120gb ssd----------------------7000/-
------------------------------------------
total ---------------80000/- round figure
------------------------------------------
xeon 1230v3 is a 100mhz underclocked core i7 4770 with no igpu (hd 4600) i bought this from nehru place.i m not much of a overclocker went with this build and used that 20000 extra and bought 27" asus 2k 1440p for about 35000/-

since u already have the monitor u can use that extra 20000/- and buy 780 gtx ti.
also what monitor u have if it is 1080p that r9 290 is overkill . my 290 plays games very smoothly at 1440p only 6-8 fps difference at ultra when compared with 780ti playing crysis 3.
