Is your GPU overclocked? If so lowering the clock can help.

16A on the 12V rail for a "420W" PSU? Not good at all.
May not have anything to do with artifacts but definitely bad

Do you know anyone who has a graphics card that you could try to see if you still get the errors. That way you can determine whether the GPU is actually the cause or if it is something else like the power supply.

I lowered the frequencies but by this process gpu works for only week then again shows artifacts and then again i modded it's bios and it worked for me one week more......

What do you mean modded bios? What did you change?

most artifacting issues are Graphics card based issues, most of the time, it'll never and can't be fixed, you may have to get a new graphics card.

Generally, re-installing the GPU drivers and lowering clock rates doesn't fix it, there is no other way.

OTHER GPU WORKS FINE i treid hd 3870 7900gtx and hd 6850 they work fine .In bios modding i lowered frequencies and voltages.

And you should buy a new power supply. Your one is bad. Can you get an Antec HCG 520M or XFX 550?
