It's fine. Although i recommend you to go with an atleast 1000w of power, just to give some headroom for the second card (and even the possibility of overclocking). Either way is good.

That I7 is way too overkill for gaming. Get yourself a 4670K and you should be good. It's all you need.

[strike]I've never heard of that PSU before. [/strike] EDIT: it was the Corsair RM, my mistake. :p

Look for some known branded PSU. Corsair (Except the VS and RM series), XFX, Seasonic, Antec.. look for them.

The rest is good. If you need any more information, just ask.
