Whats the best graphics Card for This Setup

Hi. And Hello. I'm Overly confused on which graphics card to buy. My budget for the card is 200$ and i wont might if its used or new. I just need an awesome card. I like playing nfs series of games and would like a card that will max out Nfs the run,rivals and many more games. My Rig:
Case: Cooler master cosmos s
Proc: i5 2500k
mobo: asus p8z77-v lk
psu: 850 watts
Ram: Kingston hyperx xmp blu red series 8GB(4GBX2)-1600MHZ
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB. I'll be grateful for your responses.

Replace it.

I'd grab an R9 270 and a good 450W+ PSU. Look in the second link in my sig.

then i'll squeeze my budget to 50$ for psu and 150$ for the card

850W is way overkill. Get a cheaper PSU and a faster GPU.
