hi,i search on the internet how much amp in the 12V rail the AMD R7 250 1GB gddr5 need but i dint find anything.i have those specs for the PSU ( it's a 350W but when i calculate how i much i need if i use this card i found that i only need 298 W):
+3.3V = 20.0A
+5V = 20.0A
+12V1 = 16.0A
+12V2 = 16.0A
my config:
+ x2 HDD the first one is 255 GB and the other one is 209 GB
+ 2X ram each one is 2GB ddr2 so i have 4GB
+ motherboard asrock G31M-S
+ CPU : intel core 2 quad Q8300 2.5GHZ
+ GPU : nvidia geforce 210 ( i want to replace it)
will it be enough to run the AMD r7 250?

Yes, it should be okay for an R7 250. The 250 is a low impact card (still quite a nice upgrade over a 210) and doesn't even need quite 16 amps on the 12v rail.

Edit: Wait, disregard that. I'm not sure anymore, some benchmarks show the R7 250 drawing much more power than other benchmarks.
