I recently built up a system.
I have i5 3450 with stock cooling. Graphics card-MSI GTX 750 ti OC edition (NOT THE GAMING EDITION). My cpu cabinet is not a good one with no system cooling fan in the chasis. Also my pc is in NON AC room. Wile I play BATTLEFIELD 4 [ SETTING -ULTRA 1024X768 SCREEN] LET'S SAY FOR 40-50 MINS MY CPU HITS 75+ DEGREE TEMPERATURE AND GPU HITS 81 DEGREE CELCIUS. IS THIS SAFE OR WHAT ELSE I REALLY NEED TO BRING TEMPERATURES DOWN????

More about : maximum temperature bottleneck

downclock cpu, put powerlimit down on gpu, buy a few fans and just put them somewhere on the pc.

Down clocking cpu putting power limit reduces the potential of my pc.This may affect gaming performance which I don't want

you pc wants to be cooler, dont push it to its limits, 5% less fps you dont notice but will reduce heat by more than 5%.
most motherboards have fan headers, just add some fans, even to stick them at the outside of the case on the grill or opening.
