Will a 750W PSU be able to run two GPU's?

GTX 760 SLI requires a combined +12v output of 50 amps or greater, if that PSU is the gold rated one then it has 61 amps combined so will run fine.

Although I have a question for you, why not just get a 780 instead? 1 card normally performs better than 2.
