and this motherboard

I also have a core i7 4770k CPU

Yes, it will certainly be able to run two of them. As you can see from my signature, im running two 760's off a 750W, with a 4770k and a water cooler.

SWEET! I am planning on getting just one 240mm radiator to go on the top of where my two 140mm fans are, so you think I'll be fine doing that?

Well i have a H100i, which is 240mm. My 4770K is overclocked to 4.2Ghz, and uses about 60W playing BF4
Im also running 8 fans (2 for Radiator, 6 case fans), 2 SSD's, and a couple of 7200rpm drives

actually, wait. i just thoroughly checked the specs of the PSU, and while it can provide 30A on the 12v rail, which is required for a 760, it doesnt do it very well.

If you have enough money, a suitable PSU would be something like this, for example:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

This is pretty much the same as your current one, only it has 62A on the 12v rail, which is enough for two 760's.

edit, never mind, the link i found was wrong. it provides 61A on the 12v rail, so you should be fine

As i just added in my edit about 2 seconds ago, the link i found was wrong. The PSU will be fine, sorry for any confusion. I suddenly thought i should make sure, in case it was insufficient, but it will handle two 760s fine.
