Can I Rub Watch Dogs on Ultra Setting ?

Yes, you can run at Ultra, but it won't be over 60fps, in fact i would question if it will run over 30fps considering how well ubisoft optimises their games. The ultra requirement is a GTX 780, with a 4770k. So you dont meet those, but you should be able to run a mix of high and ultra (hopefully, dont hold me to this, theres no benchmarks available)
