hey every one i wanna build this pc for my friend to play the next gen games so what do you think ?

Is it Good For Every Game Out There Especially Watch Dogs and Shadow Of Mordor ?

It's good but I would go for a 4440 if it's cheaper than the 4670 , if not keep the 46701
I personally prefer going for asus , msi and evga only for videocards when it comes to nvidia
the motherboard is ok same for the ram
i'd change that psu to a 600w one
otherwise everything is fine

so it won't make difference while playing watch dogs because its cpu demand
and i will get this
VGA : EVGA GeForce GTX 760 SC W/ ACX Cooler 2GB GDDR5
